WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS SENT FROM?
CAN I BUY A PRODUCT IF I DO NOT HAVE AN USER ACCOUNT?
If you do not have an account and wish to purchase the selected product, you must:
– Add it to the cart first.
– Set up an account in our store (a simple request form).
– After creating an account (you will login automatically in the store) you must go to the cart.
Then follow the instructions given by the store system.
HOW CAN I ADD PRODUCT TO THE STORE CART?
To add a product to the cart, select the product you are interested in from the specific category and press the “Add to cart” button.
If the product has an option to choose, it will be displayed above the button “Add to cart”.
If the product does not have an option to choose, after pressing the “Add to cart” button, it will be added automatically. We can add a product directly from the product card (full product description) or directly from the list shown in each of the given categories *. Each button described as “add to cart” moves the selected product directly to the cart.
MUST I HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO BUY?
No account required. If you plan to continue shopping, you can create an account. Without creating an account, you can also make purchases, choosing the quick registration
Do the products have a warranty?
Yes. Each product has a specific warranty period as it is indicated in the product description.
